In collaboration with CombiQ, Acticon has developed a solution to connect commercial kitchen hoods, facilitating service and maintenance. At Quality Hotel Match in Jönköping, commercial kitchen hoods were first installed with connectivity to the CombiQloud cloud service for monitoring the installation.

Quality Hotel Match
Acticon has supplied commercial kitchen hoods to Quality Hotel Match in Jönköping. These modern hoods feature effective grease capture, an efficient cleaning system with UV-safe technology, and a fire suppression system connected to the hoods. Through Acticon’s solution in conjunction with CombiQ, a pilot installation was conducted at Quality Hotel Match, allowing for product monitoring via the CombiQloud cloud service. This is achieved by installing CombiQ’s pre-configured ISN sensors on the hoods, which collect valuable measurements for the cloud service.
CombiQ’s technicians have collaborated with Acticon to establish a strong partnership. Moving forward, they will evaluate Acticon’s further data collection needs and how this information can be presented in the CombiQloud service.
