You can choose to use the entire platform or just parts of it, such as the smart ISN sensor and the infrastructure for sending real-time data to your own cloud solution.
The smart sensor, ISN (Industrial Sensor Node), collects data from each individual unit. The base station gathers data from the ISN sensors via Bluetooth and then forwards it to the CombiQloud cloud service using built-in mobile data communication.
With our White Label solution, you can rebrand CombiQloud to match your own brand and identity, effectively creating your own cloud service operated by us. This allows you to deliver a customized and integrated cloud service to your clients without having to build a platform from scratch.
With the Customer Cloud solution, you use our REST API to send sensor values to your own cloud service. This provides you with the flexibility to leverage our robust and secure data collection through our technical platform, infrastructure, and ISN sensor with base station. You can either enhance your existing cloud services with new features and functionalities or choose to develop a completely new cloud service.
With the ISN, you have access to a wide range of sensor values. In addition to nine internal sensors, the ISN also features three ports for external sensors, which can be customized to your needs. Common sensor values include vibration, temperature, and energy measurements. Through CombiQloud, these insights can help optimize service and maintenance, as well as create new business opportunities.
Our robust sensors are specifically designed to withstand the most demanding industrial environments. With various sensor options available, you can tailor the monitoring to meet your unique needs. To collect data from the ISN sensors and transfer it to CombiQloud, a base station is required.
Our installation process is straightforward and quick. By starting with one or several machines, you can rapidly begin collecting real-time sensor values.
With our preconfigured sensors, setup takes no more than 15 minutes. The ISN is easily mounted on your equipment and then sends sensor values directly to the cloud, where they are processed, analyzed, and presented in CombiQloud.
CombiQloud communicates with you as a user without complicated settings and logins. Through CombiQloud, values from the sensors is collected, providing you with new insights into how machines and equipment are performing. This enables you to make informed decisions based on facts.
You receive notifications for various types of events, allowing you to assess what actions are needed. Examples of information you may choose to receive include email or SMS alerts when a machine has been running for a certain period, when coolant temperature deviates, or details about the machine’s power consumption.
