With Compressed Air Insight, external air flow sensors are combined with our robust ISN sensors and the CombiQloud cloud service. The result is a complete solution for real-time monitoring, leak detection, and analysis of compressed air data.

The installation is simple and completely non-invasive. Air flow sensors are mounted at selected points in the facility and connected to the ISN sensor, which wirelessly transmits sensor data via Bluetooth to a Base Station.
From there, the information is transferred to CombiQloud, where it is stored, analyzed, and presented in dashboards and reports.

In CombiQloud you receive notifications on anomalies and trends that help you act in time. Examples of notifications include when air flow exceeds a threshold, when total volume reaches a critical level, or when usage shows unusual patterns that may indicate a leak. Notifications are sent directly via email or SMS, enabling quick assessment of corrective actions.
The sensor data collected from our smart sensors provides, in addition to alarms and notifications, valuable insights via visual reports and interactive diagrams in CombiQloud. Here you can easily follow trends over time, analyze patterns, and verify the effect of implemented optimization measures. With the ISN, you have access to a wide range of sensor values. In addition to nine internal sensors, the ISN also features three ports for external sensors, which can be customized to your needs. Common sensor values include vibration, temperature, and energy measurements. Through CombiQloud, these insights can help anticipate service needs, optimize maintenance, and increase spare parts sales.
